This design provides a much more informative site that benefits the community of pipe enthusiasts as well as providing additional value for the member clubs.
HOW IT WORKS
Our web platform offers functional “blog” pages that are easy to update. One of these pages has been created for each member club. As correspondents from each club are identified, they are given permissions to log in and access their page as an administrator. With minimal training, each correspondent can post information regarding their club and make it instantly available to the pipe community through the displays on the home page.
These postings also become an archive of club activities as each club’s page can be accessed from the Blog Pages / Club Pages selection from the main menu.
For clubs that do not have a website, this can become a mini-site for them - an additional value to being an UPCA member club.
